Mr. Berglund co-founded HighOcean Capital in 2024 and is an experienced private equity investor, C-suite advisor and operations expert. Most recently, as a managing director at First Atlantic Capital, he has sourced and executed diverse transactions in the industrials and business services segments. Prior to this, he was a partner at Jupiter Partners investing in both industrial and consumer companies, and a principal at the Invus Group, a private equity firm specializing in the food industry. Earlier, Mr. Berglund was a manager at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) focused on strategic and operational issues, and an engineer in applied research at renowned Bell Laboratories. Mr. Berglund holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a MS in Engineering from Purdue University, and a BS, summa cum laude, from Lehigh University. He has collaborated closely with fund limited partners and served on the boards of directors of numerous private and publicly held firms.

Mr. Pedroni co-founded HighOcean Capital in 2024 and is a highly accomplished private equity investor, transaction expert and strategic advisor with extensive, relevant industry knowledge. Most recently, he successfully led multiple packaging and business services transactions as a managing director at First Atlantic Capital. Previously, Mr. Pedroni was a senior consultant in the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice at McKinsey & Company, concentrating on business development through capital investments and M&A for major international corporations. Earlier, Mr. Pedroni was an executive director at CIBC Oppenheimer, providing investment and corporate banking services in the transportation and aerospace/defense industries, and also an associate at J.P. Morgan Chase working on M&A, equity, debt and restructuring transactions. Mr. Pedroni holds a graduate degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. He has served on multiple private and public company and nonprofit boards.
