
Mr. Caracappa is a global operating executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the beauty and consumer products industries. He has a strong track record of driving profitable growth through operational excellence, manufacturing optimization, global supply chain management and strategic brand management across complex global organizations. Mr Caracappa has held senior leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies and Revlon, leading large international teams and multi-channel businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia. Further, as Chief Revenue Officer for Morae Packaging, he helped reposition the company within the cosmetics manufacturing ecosystem. Mr. Caracappa holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has attended the Wharton Estee Lauder Companies Leadership Forum and Harvard Business School/Vassar Executive Management Program.

Mr. Copsey is a leading executive in the electronics, test & measurement and instrumentaion sectors. He served as President/CEO of TestEquity LLC, the largest independent electronic test and measurement distributor in the US. He has extensive experience leading private equity backed companies and successfully completing multiple strategic add-on acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Copsey was Vice President Finance/Controller at Valley-Todeco, a manufacturer of aerospace components, and served as CFO of Transpac, a designer and service provider of voice/data/video systems. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Dezio is a highly accomplished senior executive with experience in many diverse segments of the packaging and manufacturing industries. He was President/CEO of the highly successful Captive Plastics, a private equity-backed blow molding packaging company, where he lead a significant acceleration of organic growth as well as numerous synergistic add-on acquisitions. Prior to leading the transformative expansion of Captive, he managed several manufacturing businesses for Leucadia National. He also served in many roles within Continental Can Company including as President of Continental Plastic Containers, Vice President of Manufacturing and Vice President of General Packaging for Metal Containers. Mr. Dezio holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
